Cruises from Jyväskylä

Jyväskylä harbour, right next to the exhibit center by the harbour pavilion, is home to the largest cruise ship of Lake Päijänne, m/s Rhea, and restaurant ship Gaia.

M/s Rhea is available for evening cruises in the beautiful archipelago of Northern Päijänne from June through August

Tue-Sat from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

June 29 through August 19, 2012, also popular afternoon cruises on weekends Fri-Sun from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Spring and Fall cruise schedules will be announced later.

Charter cruises will begin right after the ice has melted and continue until late fall in the entire Lake Päijänne region.
